PCBN Cutting Tool Blanks consist of fine CBN grains sintered under
ultra-high pressure and ultra-high temperature. They have high
hardness, good wear resistance and thermal stability, they are
ideal for tools used to machine of ferrous metal such as high speed
steel, bearing steel, cast iron, etc. All with high productive
efficiency, high machining precision, and good surface quality.
PCBN blanks for cutting tools have two series of CB and BN. CB
series is composed of CBN layer and tungsten carbide base. BN
series is solid CBN. Customers can choose suitable PCBN material
with different CBN contents, grain sizes and grades according to
turned object material.
